BASIC FIRST AID, CPR AED AND EMERGENCY OXYGEN TRAINING International Health and Safety Training Institute is a subsidiary of Underwater Works Inc. Ltd and an American Safety and Health and Institute (ASHI) approved training centre. An authorised ASHI instructor using the 2015 guidelines conducts the training and certification of students who have completed the American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI) courses. The American Safety and Health Institute is an association of approximately 35,000 professional safety and
health educators and more than 3,500 training center around the world. ASHI programs have been reviewed, accepted, approved
or have satisfied the requirements of numerous state and federal agencies, which include: Training is conveniently conducted in Chaguanas and Duncan Village, San Fernando. When it is impossible for a company to send its employees to the center our instructor will conduct the training at their site. This center is used by a wide variety of companies and government agencies. These organisations rely on our quality and cost effective training programs to create a safer work environment for their employees. ASHI Courses offered: -- Basic First Aid: Sudden Cardiac Arrest and early De-fibrillation Cardiovascular Diseases Emergency action steps Choking Legal and emotional Aspects Responding to emergencies Bleeding, shock, and soft tissue injuries -Major wounds -Minor wounds -Burns -Bites and stings -Dental injuries -Eye and nose injuries Bone, joint and muscles injuries Sudden illness Heat-and cold- related illness and injuries - Adult and Child CPR and AED for the community and workplace - Emergency Oxygen Administration COST
The training promises to be educational and practical, packed with plenty of team and knowledge sharing opportunities over an eight (8) hours period. Practical skill includes a hands-on demonstration of CPR. At the
